Charge 3 active minutes disappearing

After reading many threads, seems like an ongoing issue Fitbit have done nothing about. Over the past few weeks I’ve been out walking/running etc. active minutes (and steps) showing up nicely. Sync later on and they disappear. 1hour and 59 minutes of walking today, active minutes and steps showing. Sync when home and they disappeared. Looks like I’ll be looking for another fitness watch... such a shame!

My Fitbit is doing the same, very annoying as also sync it to MyFitnessPal. I’ve lost 98 active minutes today & also noticed weirdly that 1500 steps have disappeared (I screen shot them after my long walk) & then later I was showing less steps! It’s getting very frustrating.

You edited my post but it’s not active minutes that disappear but steps. It happens all the time. Over 20,000 steps today but just synced as home and now showing as 19,000.  I have the most up to date version. Just a flaw. It’s useful

It’s still happening every day to me too. Even today I went on a 5.5 mile walk & when I synced to the app it took off 1,400 steps. Fitbit don’t seem to be doing anything about it either which is frustrating.

And again today... 14500 steps, just synced and now 13000. What’s the point in a fitness watch if it does this ALL.THE.TIME

I agree, it’s every day for me too, mainly when I go on a long walk (anything from 3-6 miles) & as soon as I sync it I lose a load of steps. Why isn’t this being rectified, it’s been happening for weeks now!

I'm very disappointed in Fitbit

And again, 15000 steps and then when synced, went down to 13500. This time active minutes also went to 0. Assuming Fitbit don’t actually care as no one seems bothered about fixing the issue.

I agree, been using Fitbit for years & this has been going on weeks now. Happens every time I do a long walk, my app is up to date etc & it’s still happening daily. Don’t understand why they aren’t resolving this either.
