Charge 3 activity and calories inaccurate

Done over an hour active minutes, my watch and app is saying done 10 minutes. Calories usual burn 1-2k it’s saying about 500. It’s recording steps and distance correctly. Any advice? Tried charging and holding the side button down for 8 seconds, turning my phone off and on. Still no joy. Back on the fitness for a new year and really fed up with my Fitbit Charge 3. Had it a year, surely it should last longer than a year!
