I have had a Charge 3 since Christmas. It has rarely given me the correct step count in the five months I've been wearing it. I have a step tracker on my Iphone 8S which I use to compare with the Charge 3. I logged 17,000 steps today on my Iphone 8's internal step tracker but only recorded 12,000 steps on a Charge 3 that I wear attached to my waist because when I wear it on my wrist I get even less credit for steps taken. I also did not get credit for any activity minutes at all today or yesterday. I walked for one hour on a treadmill so I know I should have at least 60 minutes of activity both days. Is there any way to adjust the activity time? Also, the dashboard will not let me add steps manually. What gives with that?
