Anyone else having this issue? After a 3 mile hike up a mountain, I look down and see I have 7500 steps, 24 floors, and zero active minutes.

I've called customer service 3 times.  They keep giving me new things to try. Last suggestion was to start manually tracking my activity using the watch.  This didn't solve the issue. Also its really difficult to see the screen when you're outside.  The update did something with the brightness of the screen and doesn't matter if you have it on "normal" or "auto" its almost never bright enough to be seen in daylight

Sorry to tell you but there is no help available it is a known problem and
has been going on for a long time now, they really should have stopped
selling them a year or more ago. All I can advise is if tech support won’t
do anything get in touch with Fitbit CEO that’s what I did and they
replaced mine with a charge 4. --

When I got in touch with tech support they said this is a known fault and
apparently they are unable to fix it.--

That happened to me, too. I had 93 active minutes yesterday, but when I looked at the app today, they were gone.
