Charge 3 alarm glitches

The last few weeks I've had alarms randomly erase themselves, duplicate, or change the time I set it at. 
I've tried factory resetting it, erasing all of them, and trying again and its good for a bit then randomly happens again.
Tonight I deleted an alarm and all of my alarms got set to the same time and day... https://i.imgur.com/lJmK0dD.mp4 (Video of all alarms the same) And then proceeded to not react to any touches or movements until I plugged it into the charger (It was at 60%, so it wasn't the battery dying)
I'm not sure what else to do from here. It's less than a year old.

hi @FinchFingers I can see what problem you are facing... have you unpaired your Fitbit or did you restart your device

I have restarted it, factory reset, unpaired, and repaired.
I did this all a few days ago and today there's 2 alarms missing. They still went off yet they are not showing up on the watch 😞
Do I need to warranty it?
