Hello,
My silent alarms are not working again. This really annoying issue was fixed by a past update but the problem is back. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have the same issue. Sometimes it works, and sometimes not. Didn’t work the two last days. The silent alarm is the primary reason I use the product.

@KevWip @Bengalack It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response and I'm sorry to hear that the alarms you guys have set on your Charge 3 trackers are not working properly.
I'd like you to restart your trackers as described in this help article. After this, try turning off the alarms and enable them again. Once you've done this, sync your trackers and monitor the alarms during the next couple of days and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

Mine did not work this morning either. My app couldn’t find Bluetooth either. Does that affect it?

Silent alarm functionality has worked the last two days after restart/off/on/resync. 👍 I guess I should just restart it once in a while? My problem now is that I have had SIX consecutive days with only “Simplified sleep details”. Never had that before. A day here and there, but not six. Something seems off.

A full reset fixed the problem on my side :))

I keep having this problem since the last update too. It is very frustrating not being able to rely on the alarm working!

@haggis57 thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! Since your alarms are still unable to work properly after you updated the firmware, I'd like you to restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, turn off and on the alarms and monitor them in order to see if the issue gets fixed.
Let me know how it goes!

Nope. No change and now my screen has grey lines which won’t go away despite rebooting several times 😍

@haggis57 I'm sorry for the late response. Since your Charge 3 shows grey lines on the screen, even though you've restarted it several times, I'd like you try a factory reset.
To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. After this, check out if the grey lines disappear.
I'll be around if more assistance is needed!

I did try a reset which didn't help. I called tech support and thankfully my charge was still under warranty so they replaced it very quickly.

I love my Charge 3 but the alarm issue is really frustrating. I have deleted and added new alarms several times. I have restarted my Fitbit multiple times. The alarms work for a few days and then stop working so I have to do it again. This is a new issue (started a month or so ago) and is a bit disconcerting as I use the alarm to get up to work out every morning. Any ideas as to why this is happening and will a future update correct the issue?

It makes no difference I have even tried a factory reset. Alarm works for a day or two and then randomly decides to not work. It is very frustrating!!!

Me too! Hopefully when Google buys them over this issue will be resolved. As things are right now Fitbit does not seem to be doing anything to fix it.

I have found now that when a recurring alarm is set in the app I need to go into the setting on the actual fitbit every day to make sure it is activated for the next day. Bit of a pain but at least it makes sure the alarm goes off.

I have done numerous restarts and resets. None of it works for any great length of time. My work around is that on the device, every day, I make sure that the alarm is highlighted and showing that it will go off tomorrow. It's a pain and shouldn't be necessary but at least that makes sure I get up in time for work!
