I used to get an alarm to complete my steps per hour.  No longer works. Is there a reset for that?

Hi @NGUrun20, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Charge 3 won't notify you when completing your steps per hour, please restart your tracker as described in this help article.

 

Also, I'd like to share this help page, which explains how the reminders to move work on your Fitbit device.

 

Finally, monitor your Charge 3 during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
