Charge 3 alarm won't turn off

My alarm goes off and I hit the button to turn it off. My Charge 3 will then reset the time to 1 minute before the alarm is set to go off and then after one minute goes off again. The only way to stop it is to plug it in.  It then drains the battery and starts to recharge.

Thanks for troubleshooting this alarm issue. If you are having problems with your alarm, I recommend restating your tracker by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
