Charge 3 alarms aren't working

I’m on my third Fitbit (had an HR and then the Charge 2, now on the Charge 3) and it’s not waking me up in the mornings. My other Fitbit always did just fine. I even went into this Charge 3 setting feature and made sure it sends me notifications even when it senses sleep. There should be no reason why my 5:15am alarm and 5:30am alarms aren’t coming through.
