Charge 3 alarms go off at random times

I have a Fitbit charge 3 and recently the alarm has been going off at random times that are not even in my list. It has also not been going off at programmed times.

Thank you very much for providing detailed information. I'd suggest trying to remove or turn off alarms on your Charge 3 and set them one more time. For instructions, please see: How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

 

I also recommend performing a restart to your Charge 3 by following the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
