Charge 3 alarms not going off

My watch only randomly goes off for the silent alarms I have set. I have reset, charged, turned off alarm and turned back on again, deleted alarm and made a new one and still it only goes off when it wants to. I understand things happen with software issues and what not, but I have had way too many problems to count with this watch! Maybe apple is where it’s at?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this alarms issue. Is your Charge 3 syncing properly when you do the changes? Is your Fitbit app updated?.

Has there been any update to the silent alarms not going off? Because I still have to set a brand new alarm every night and on top set my alarm on my phone just in case because there still have been a few times where the brand new alarm doesn’t go off either.

I’m so frustrated. I’ve gone through all the suggestions and my morning alarm just doesn’t go off. My afternoon one works. I need these alarms. Please help

It’s been forever since they told me they were well aware of the issue and working on a fix! Fitbit is a lost cause almost! Considering I’ve had an iPhone for longer than the Fitbit and have heard nothing but good things about the Apple Watch... I’m probably switching! Too many problems and not enough fixes with Fitbit! 😔 if it helps... most of the time they go off for me when I make a new alarm each time... but it WILL NOT work if you have it on repeat, or use it for more than one wake up. It’s VERY frustrating!
