Nearly missed a flight today. Using the watch to turn an alarm on is not working again. This watch is is incredibly unreliable.

I haven't tried this time yet, but I have the other time it has happened, and that really is no help at all. Re-setting the Fitbit AFTER another day of not being woken on time for work does not fix the problem. I should be able to go to sleep at night and trust that my Fitbit will wake me at the set time. If I can't rely on the alarms to work, this device is basically useless to me. If you read the forums, there are lots and lots of people having this same problem - sounds like a problem with the device that should not be happening.

Yup, reset my phone and the Fitbit, deleted app and re installed. Nothing worked. Ended up just getting rid of it. The only reason I needed it was for the silent alarm so I wouldn’t wake up my infant, but then it couldn’t even do that. Oh well.

The charge 2 never gave me such a problem the couple of years I had it.. but then one day it got wicked hot and bright and was too hot to even wear, so that went in the garbage right quick.

I feel that is is really very unfair that Fitbit continues to sell this product knowing that this problem exists for many, many customers and there is no way we can receive compensation for this. I purchased this only to track my steps and for the silent alarm, so if that doesn't work, it is basically useless. Not to mention the 10 additional bands I purchased to match different work clothing. Very disappointed.

Having the same problem.  Is there any alternatives within the same price range.   I am not happy about this matter.

Same problems and have tried the solutions recommended with the issue continuing to return. I like the step tracker feature, that's mostly what I find helpful at this point. The alarms would be great if they were reliable.
