I’ve had my Charge 3 for a week. This morning had trouble with sync so followed the troubleshooting guide and believe I found the problem. Was able to sync but not able to turn on all day sync feature. I honestly don’t know if it was working before but I get an error every time I attempt the all day feature telling me that Bluetooth failed. I am able to go back into my phone and connect Bluetooth but only if all day sync is turned off.
Move seen a lot of other posts for this problem and the response doesn’t seem to solve the problem. Please don’t tell me to follow the sync troubleshooting steps because that has been done and does not specifically address the all day sync problem. I’m hoping a moderator or user can offer more specific detail on this problem.
Thanks for reading my post.

Welcome on board @Kashby, it's nice to see you around here! Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this inconvenience on your own, nice way to go!
While reading your post I was wondering if you have been having inconveniences tuning on "All-Day Sync" option? If so, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the tracker. In the list of Bluetooth devices you'll see the Charge 3 and next to it, this symbol "!". Hit the symbol and it will take you to the next step, once you're there select the option that says "Forget this device". Then in Fitbit app, turn on All-day Sync, let it ask to pair, let it pair.
Give this a shot and let me know the outcome!

Thanks that did the trick. It doesn’t seem able to air to more than one device without hiccup.

Awesome @Kashby! I'm glad to hear that this did the trick.
If your phone is managing multiple Bluetooth connections simultaneously:
These interruptions are typically caused by operating system and Bluetooth limitations. It's also possible that an app on your phone is causing the issue.
In case you have some spare time, I would like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you will find great tips and encouragement from other members and if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted!
