Charge 3 and Blaze have not worked properly since last year.

Just an update...I have never been able to ever get my Charge 3 and Blaze to work correctly since last year.  I have contacted Fitbit numerous times.  Nothing has ever worked.  I see where people still have issues and there doesn’t seem to be a fix. Spending so much money on a once great product to not get a fix in well over 6 months is unacceptable.  I will never buy another Fitbit for fear that product will not work either.

I don't quite understand your issue.  You say they haven't worked since last year, but also say nothing has ever worked.  So has nothing on you Blaze or Charge 3 ever worked.  Did you have a Blaze that never worked at all, then get a Charge 3?

 

Or perhaps you are just wanting to vent and not really looking for any help here.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Sorry JohnnyRow.  I read several

posts were people were still having issues with their Fitbit’s and not getting notifications. My Fitbits...Charge 3 and Blaze worked as promised when I bought them.  With last years update on my IPhone they never worked right again.  I was simply saying that with the issues that are still happening there doesn’t seem to be a fix. I was just letting people know with new issues that I have struggled with this since last year without any resolution that works. If anyone has any idea that works to fix both my Blaze and Charge 3 I would appreciate that.  Phone calls don’t show, texts don’t show, calendar events buzz all day long..so I turned those off. Sorry about that.  Thanks for any help.
