I have seen several notices that folks have tracked lots of steps only to lose them on their dashboards. I had this same thing happen to me this week. I tracked 20K+ steps yesterday and it did sync to my dashboard correctly yesterday. Unfortunately, today, when I went back to look at my dashboard tonight there are several thousand missing (just seeing 17K+). All of the steps tracked were tracked by my Fitbit, not entered manually. I have tried rebooting my Fitbit, and shutting down my tracker as well as my iPad. My apps are up to date as well. Still not updating to the correct count. I have not seen any posts advising that anyone has received an actual resolution to this problem yet. Can you please advise?

Hi @LauraDyck, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for the details shared and for trying to solve this situation with your Charge 3 before reaching out. I would like to let you now that there was a recent update for the android Fitbit app, the latest version is 3.37. I suggest checking that your Fitbit app is up to date, if not you can find the steps to up date it in this link How do I update the Fitbit app?
Hope this helps.
