Charge 3 and Fitbit app are showing different amount of steps

My app on the android phone and fitbit charge 3 are not recording my steps appropriately

Hello there @Enit2015, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for reporting to us that you're seeing a difference in number of steps you see on your Charge 3 and in the Fitbit app. 

I would like to confirm if you have another tracker or MobileTrack paired to your Fitbit account? You can remove them from your account if you're not using them. 

I also recommend making sure your device is syncing. You can manually sync your device by following these steps: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch? If you experiencing any difficulties with syncing, please find the troubleshooting instructions here.
