I was given a Charge 3 as an early Christmas present on 3 November 2019, and it worked fine until last Thursday May 13 2020 when it would not come alive and when it finally did was 45 minutes slow. It will not sync and varies time between 45 and 75 mins slow. Following advice on the community, I have done numerous reboots and restarts - double figures for each. I have also removed and re-installed the app, and tried a new set up from app on PC and phone. Phone setup finds tracker and tries to connect, then says"pairing failed check settings on phone". Retied and sometimes get as far as a code request, but phone buzzes and shows no code. HELP as the big hammer is calling me!

Spoke to a young lady called Maria, went through steps again, this morning I got as far as it asking for the code, but as I entered the last digit it it buzzed twice and then showed a cross in a circle, so not accepting the code. Charge 3 to be posted back for a replacement. Problem solved hopefully
