Charge 3 and iphone 11 no text notifications

I updated my phone and now cannot receive text message notifications but do receive call notifications.

I’ve done all the suggestions I can find, redo the app, re pair phone and charger, my wifi is on and I’ve disconnected and reset, share system notifications is on, all three are clicked off- calendar, text, calls, I’ve rebooted my device. 

anyone have any suggestions how I can receive texts as well?

Hi @Dolld,

Are you on iOS 13.3?  I'm on the computer website now, and there's a ticker across the top of the screen saying that it's a known problem and possible fixes for it.

Beyond that, sadly, I am an Android user, and can't be of further assistance.  Have you contacted Support (link is at the bottom of the page)?

Yes, I’ve tried all of the suggested fixes from the banner. I am 13.3 but it worked with my previous phone just doesn’t work now since I upgraded to a newer iPhone.

i will contact support but was hoping someone just had a fix that wasn’t posted.

Finally fixed by making sure show previews was selected on text messages.
