Charge 3 appears to be stuck in walk mode

Charge 3 appears to be stuck in a timed walk mode.  I have tried resetting it using the 15 second reset, but nothing happens!

Press the side button to exit.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I updated the Charge 3 and it apparently fixed the problem!
