Charge 3 appears to be stuck in a timed walk mode. I have tried resetting it using the 15 second reset, but nothing happens!

Thanks. I have tried that to no avail!
Thanks but I have tried that numerous times to no avail!
I updated the Charge 3 and it apparently fixed the problem!
