My screen went black today, also. I know it’s still tracking through the app, but want to see my stats on my wrist. Do you have any idea how you fixed it? Thanks!

Never mind! Just saw the other thread on this and the restart worked. Never saw this with my Alta HR

It is funny, it seems like everyone's fitbit dies at the same time due to some type of software update. It would appear that the company could notify us of this somehow so we do not think our device died. This is the second time now mine has done this. Extremely annoying.

My screen has died off now in 3 weeks. Second one to do this. Happens at year 1 and 3 months every time. Can’t be a coincidence. 😡 le fun makes on that has the same functions for a lot cheaper.
