I have a Fitbit Charge 3. The wristband is not made well. It cracks and then the metal buckle falls through. I have a video explaining what I am talking about here. Does anyone know where I can send my video? My wristband has been replaced 2 times in 16 months. While having it replaced is a good thing.. it shouldn’t happen. Poor design!

Thanks for getting back, @13LJM. If your tracker's display is getting dim, I recommend following the instructions provided in this post.
