Charge 3 band connection broke

I’ve had my charge 3 for about a year and a half and the part where the band connects to my tracker must be broken. My tracker fell off twice today because the band came detached. I thought it was the band since I’ve been wearing it for a while so I changed it but it’s still just popping right off the tracker. Any suggestions?

Does it look damaged?

It doesn’t look broken but any amount of tension on the band and it pops
off so something isn’t right.

Mine is the same! Did you ever resolve the problem? I’ve taken it everywhere and no one fixes fitbits.
