Sometimes if playing sport or is nocked with a little force the band will completely diss connect from the actual fitbit screen bit and this first happened a while ago in rugby from when I landed on it badly but it’s happened a few times since then and it’s getting more and more frequent is this because the metal or whatever held the strap is now worn down slightly (I’ve bought new straps and that didn’t seem to fix it either)

@Altescape Welcome to the Community.
Sorry to hear about this. Some members have commented that cleaning the band attachment area with a toothpick and removing any debris in there has helped securing the band. If the issue persists I suggest you contact our Support team for further assistance. The best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. I also moved your post to the correct board.
Hope this helps.
