Charge 3 band does not stay on

I love my Charge 3.  However, the original band broke so I got new ones.  The band is not staying on and the watch keeps on falling off.  The fitbit is out of warranty.  What can I do to fix this?

I am glad to hear that you are loving your Charge 3. Regarding the band, did you purchase the ones with us? In the meantime, I recommend making sure you are following the steps in the article: How do I change the wristband on my Fitbit device?.

Good Morning,

I have this same issue.  I contacted Support and all they can tell me is that my Fitbit is out of warranty.  This thing is now 2 years old and almost useless because it will easily fall off.

 

Does anybody have an idea how to get the tab to spring back?
