I got my Fitbit Charge 3 yesterday and it fell off randomly. The band kept disconnecting from the screen. I took a look and the latch that locks the band was in a down position when the band was on, but once I removed the band it went to normal. I tried wiggling the band pushing it in and everything in between but nothing fixed it. I plan on sending it back for a new one, but wanted to check to see if there is a fix before I do.

Thanks for troubleshooting this band issue. If your bands aren't securing to the pebble, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I change my band on my Fitbit device? and make sure you are following those steps.
