Charge 3 band won't stay connected

I took the band off to see how difficult it would be to replace and see if there was a bunch of dirt in it.  No problem taking off band, but now one side won't "click" and I can't reattach band.  This is less than 8 months old.

Not happy at all.

Hello there @Daveg144, thanks for stopping by! I totally understand how you feel.

To make sure you've attached the band correctly, please press it into the end of the tracker until you feel it snap into place.

If you have trouble attaching the wristband or if it feels loose, gently move the wristband back and forth to make sure it's attached to the tracker.

However, I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and that they have helped you with this.

Let me know if there's anything else I may do to assist you with. Woman Very Happy

Hi @MarreFitbit , this same thing happened to me with my charge 3. It is barely a year old, and I'm super disappointed. How can this be fixed?
