I am having the same problem.  It is not the band but the connection from the watch to the band. I now have a fit bit that I can't wear.

Not sure you will receive this. It did not resolve.

I never got a response from Fitbit except to say I was out of warranty.

This is a manufacturing problem. My husband’s band is taped in as it also won’t stay connected. (I believe his is a FB2.)

Very frustrating...time to bring this to social media?

I am reading about too many problems with this feature.  The Fitbit manufacturing is faulty and we, the consumer have no other recourse but to bring this to the attention of possible buyers.

HI NancyJane & or others, If you have the patience, try escalating your band connection issue with senior fitbit "Cust; Happineess" mgmt??

Thank you for your detailed reply! After reading it I was able to use an exacto knife to clean and fix the catch on my daughter's Fitbit.

I am having the same problem, one side holds fine, but the other will not catch.  Did anyone find out how to fix this?

Thanks in advance for your help!
