I bought my Charge 3 three weeks ago, and it worked well until two days ago. It starts to drain battery at very fast pace and after charging it now it’s not recording my heart rate. Please help, very disappointing.

I understand how are you feeling and will be glad to help you out with the issues you are having with your Charge 3. Regarding the battery problem, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. Now about the heart rate, follow the ones in the article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?.
