The battery controller of my charge 3 remains at 100%, Even after 5 days. When tétine to charge it just gives  me the smile of a full battery. How do I reinitiate the battery controller?

I'm not sure what is meant by re-initiate but would suggest a restart. Which should restart the hardware.

As @Rich_Laue mentioned, restart  would reinitiate your battery controller or at least un stuck it.
