Charge 3 battery dead in minutes

Battery says fully charged on Device and app, then within 15 minutes is fully drained and shuts off. Just purchased new in January. Need help.

Let me help you with you with your Charge 3 battery draining quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

This did nothing. But now when I press and hold the side button nothing
happens, the device just vibrates for like 8 seconds and nothing even comes
on the screen anymore.

I got mines the end of May and over the last few days mines has also been doing this. Fully charged and within very little time the battery is dead and it switches off.
