My Charge 3 battery draining fast, keep vibrating with a black display. Contacted Support team via Chat and they responded that i have to purchase new as there is no solution. I purchased this in Nov 19. Seems a big Quality issue with Charge-3. A product worth $140 does not last 2 years.
I tried all steps given by support team:
I have to throw this in the garbage now. Does anyone have a similar issue?

Just started happening to mine today. I have charged three times now and reset.
Really, no fixing options.................. ugh!!!

What suggestion FitBit team gave you?

Charge and hold down reset button on side.
If still continues, no fix 😞
