My HR Charge 3 doesn't seem to hold its charge for longer than 3 days, is this a common fault. Was working well until 2 weeks ago holding charge for 7 days.

I upgraded to a Charge 4 - fingers crossed it works better! So far, so good but, I have only had it since July 10th so let’s see.

Same thing here. Upgraded from a 2015 Fitbit to a Charge 3, three weeks ago.
The watch was running fine battery wise, when it started draining real fast early last week. I would go down from 100% at 07:00 to less than 10% by noon!
I then live chatted with Fitbit and was immediately proposed replacement options (unit replacement for free OR half price on any other model). They can actually tell how the battery performs by looking at your personal Fitbit account. I went for unit replacement, which is currently being shipped (they only send the actual tracker, which means no arm band, no charger etc.)... I sincerely hope the new unit will remain fully operational. If not I will ask for a refund.

I followed all the steps you mentioned and it’s worse than ever! Not only does my battery lose its charge in 2days compared to 6days last week I now have no notifications alert! 😩😩😩

Mine iscdraining to below 50% in a day. I have it on sleep mode to conserve battery and can hardly see screen. Only use the countdown timer once per day and use exercise mode once per day for weight lifting sessions. Up to two weeks ago it held charge for 7 days. This charge 3 is only 4 months old and was replacement for Charge 3 that died before 1 year of use.

The warranty just passed a year. This only started when I did the software
upgrade recently. Now when I use it for a 30 min exercise, the battery
charge goes to < 20 % even if I just charged it and the battery’s full.
I already checked the notifications and etc., and they’re all disconnected,
so I’m not sure what’s happening. 😞

My Charge 3 is losing charge quickly...Charged to 100%, wore it overnight, this morning it is at 57%. It used to stay charged several days if not a full week. Is there something I need to do?

I'm starting to get a little bit fed up with my Charge 3 as battery now only lasts about 24 hours if that before it goes down to under 18%.
I can fully charge the charge 3 to 100% in the morning and by the end of the day battery will be down to 50%. Sometimes just under 50%.
Also in the last short while I have had to reset my Charge 3 at lest once a week as the notifications on it have stoped working.
Some of the answers on the forums like turn off the notifications to help save battery may work but is no good for some like me use the notifications for text, calls and Facebook Messenger.
My Charge 3 will be about 15 or 16 months old come January.

Its seem like i have problem with my charge3 also the batteri gone from100% to 10% just 2-3hours. I would like to know what can i fix its.....

Same problem here. I read all 8 pages of this post and no solution offered worked. It looks like my battery problem started after updating the software of my Charge 3 to the latest vertion. It also stopped vibrating at about the same time. Is there any way to go back to the prev soft vertion? If no solution is offered I will have ask for a refund or device change. It's a pitty becouse I enjoyed my Charge 3 for the first months.

Mine used to last 7 days with Bluetooth & sync but now only lasts 1 day annoying. This is my 2nd charge 3 and they both have gone the same way, the 1st lasted 1 year this one has lasted 2 year.
