I have tried to reboot many times and placing it in the charger with a 8-10 second hold to restart many times. Neither works. Any other options?

I am on my 4th replacement and have only had this one for a month and the battery is draining in less than 12 hours. Fitbit seems to be relying on their name and not reliability. Come on Fitbit, can’t you make your trackers to last. I might as well go and buy a much cheaper model that does exactly the same things as my Fitbit.
