My charge 3 recently went bad. 100% battery died in 12 hours and now lines across my screen. Anyone got any help?

I’ve reset it while on charge etc

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen showing lines and not holding a charge. Also thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the screen issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
