Charge 3 battery from 80-0 in 10min exercise

Hello. My fitbit charge 3 has gone from 80%battery to 0% battery 10 min after i start running. I did not activate exercise mode at all. Is this a bug?

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting us know that your Charge 3 battery went from 80 to 0% in 10 minutes @Memelting. There's no bug reported with this.

Has this happened before this time?  How long does your tracker's battery last? What kind of exercise were you performing?

Hello! Thanks for replying. I had the watch for 2yrs. Battery was about 3 days max. I figured out that maybe it's getting old. Got myself a charge 4 today to replace 🙂
