Charge 3 battery indicator not showing

We are having a problem pairing my charge 3, also when we go to charge the watch we do not get a battery indicator , anybody  else experience  this problem ?  using a I phone 8 , Everything was good for about a 17 months.

Regarding the pairing and battery indicator issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. In case the issue persists, please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
