Charge 3 showing heart beat activity and and calorie consumption , activity time even when at still , this resulting in battery draining in less than an hour , basically reading of increased activity even en at still , this been the issue for the last one week , not been able to use it

Hi @Ronjmum1, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the battery draining issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your tracker.

 

After this, monitor the battery's behavior of your Charge 3 and see if the issue gets fixed.
