Charge 3 - battery last for less than half an hour

I have a Charge 3 that I got in October of last year

It started being really weird a couple of days ago (constantly buzzing even when I wasn't touching it and no notifications) so I did a reset using the whole "plug it in and hold down the button" method. Took a couple of tries but it worked.

Now, however, the charge lasts less than half an hour - within 10mins its gone from 100% charge to 10% charge

I'm kind of at a loss as to what else to do since I've restarted it so many times now

Same problem applies to my Charge 3 which I bought in January. Two days ago it started vibrating, heating up, and it restarted. After cooling off I recharged it, and withing 30 minutes the battery it was empty again. Tried resetting (soft and hard reset), and reinstalling the applications but no success.
