My fitbit has startered to have black lines on the screen after swimming less than 1 meter, later red light has appear flashing getting the low battery quickly. Its seems that isn't waterproof as they say, I'm very dissapointed since now my fit charge 3 screen has gone Black and it' totally death. I would think twice to buy another one Next time.

Let me share with you that the battery of our Charge 3 was designed to last 7 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
