Charge 3 battery life not lasting

I purchased my original Fitbit Charge 3 on 7 August 2020.

By the end of July 2021 it has stopped working so Fitbit sent me a replacement in August 2021.

I am now having a problem with the replacement Fitbit.  When I charge it, it charges up to 100% battery. But then 10 minutes after taking it off the charger, it dies. Ive only had this device 3 months.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing with the battery on your Fitbit Charge 3. Let's review some additional tips in our help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? If the issue persists, my best recommendation is contact our Support Team so they can look deeper into the issue and help you with this matter. While they’re no longer offering support by email, you can contact them through chat or over the phone.
