Charge 3 battery not charging

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? I am experiencing a similar problem with my charge 3.  It will not charge or vibrate when it is properly hooked to the charger.  I have reviewed the tips offered to try to fix this issue and I've restarted it.  Still no charging.  Please help.
