Charge3 battery failed screen barely visible. Is the only remedy to replace the charger?

@Mike3457 It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Charge 3 not charging and the screen being too dim. Before thinking about replacing the device I would like to suggest the following troubleshoots:
Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device to help with the screen issue and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge. Also check that your tracker isn't in the Do not Disturb mode or in the Sleep mode by long pressing the button.
