I have had to charge my Charge 3 4 times in the last 8 hours. It doesn't keep a charge for longer than an hour. I've tried restarting it, but it just stays on the notifications screen. Also the LED light no longer shows up. I've tried to chat with support, but the page doesn't work. How do I start a return? I've only had this product for 30 days

A similar thing is happening to me. I’ve had my fitbit for a while and it suddenly stopped holding a charge for longer than an hour or two. Just before it stopped working, it was recording heart rates that weren’t accurate at all — like saying I was doing cardio when I was actually sitting still.
