My fitbit charge 3 battery on the screen is incorrect to the app. The app has the correct i formation. How do i fix this?

Hi there @Worker2, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about the battery percentage on your Charge 3.
In regards to the battery percentage on your Fitbit app, it updates the battery level every time you sync. So if you haven't synced yet, your app will remain the battery percentage of the last synced.
Once you charge your device make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Charge 3 will match with the one on your Fitbit app.
