My device was bought in 2020, a battery was already replaced, this is the second time it is happening.
First time the attendant told me over the phone that it happens with many devices.
This is an absurd – offering a discount to buy a new device, while the current one just worked as expected for 1 year and few months. I bought a product to work as described, it didn’t, why should I buy it again and keep the fidelity?
It is not a product with long term quality.
