Charge 3 battery supply extremely lower after connecting

When I take the charge 3 of the charger, the battery supply is 100%.

But after connecting with the fitbit app, the battery supply is suddenly +-70%...

I don't know why. But the connecting process seems to take like 30% of the battery supply...

What could be wrong?

This is odd but I suggest you take a look at this help article to help improve the battery life on your Charge 3.
