Charge 3 became unresponsive and it won't turn on

Charge 3 worked fine for over a year. A moth or so ago the screen started playing up on both mine and my partners charge 3 , reset them and my partners worked fine , mine however was still unresponsive I tried everything. Now it is doing nothing at all not even vibrating 😞 I’ve gone back to using my charge 2 as at least it works despite being 4 years old,I’m tempted to go back to Apple Watch . I don’t wanna upgrade my Fitbit if the quality is as bad as the charge 3 has been 😞

I would like to know if your Charge 3 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Yes it vibrates when put on charger , I’ve tried all the steps given but still no luck ,
