When I set go on the bike exercise it records the time/calories etc but not the distance? I have location services turned on always and the Bluetooth. Any tips please so the GPS to track the distance works?

Are you making sure that your tracker is connecting to your phone's GPS? Please take a look at the article: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and follow the steps there.
