I have a Fitbit Charge 3 that I went swimming in a pool with for the first time this week and it now has black lines across the centre of the screen. The top and bottom of the display are unaffected. It is still tracking my activity. I plugged it in and it reset it, but it made no change. The device is a replacement device and I have had for over a year. Is there anything that can be done to fix this issue?
i have got it wet before when doing dishes or bathing children, but have not ever had it submerged for longer periods before.
