Charge 3 black lines across screen & Charge not holding

For the last two days, I am facing issues regarding my Fitbit Charge 3 battery. Normally the battery lasts for 6-7 days but today it is draining in a few hours. Also I've noticed two black lines across the screen.

 

Taken the following steps.

 

1) Changed the clock face

2) Restarted the device twice

 

But still, the problem persists.

In addition to that , Today I´ve noticed two more black lines horizontal across the screen and the battery is not holding. Kindly provide the solution to this problem
